Why I've Shifted My Practice

If you've followed me on Instagram or been a part of my practice, you know that for the first several years, I only addressed the physical body. I specialized in Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, mold toxicity, PANS/PANDAS, and pregnant and breastfeeding women. During this time, I saw incredible client results and numerous healings. But a few years into this journey, the Lord took me and a few of my clients into deeper levels of healing.
On this journey, He began to show me the importance of the spirit and the soul when it comes to healing. He took me to scripture after scripture to show me that we are so much more than just a body, and that when we're only focusing on the body, we're ignoring His principles, His Word, and His design.
After diving into the scripture, He began to train me in healing the spirit and the soul. I’ve been quietly putting this training to work behind the scenes, and because I am such a believer in it and have seen the profound results that happen in the body when you invite Him into the soul and the spirit, I am now switching and revamping my practice to include what He’s taught me.
I want to share a few of the verses with you that He used to open my eyes to the importance of healing all parts of us: body, soul, and spirit. And if you don't think the Bible or God has much to say on healing, I'd encourage you to spend the next several months scouring His word because He has much to say on healing and has numerous strategies and tools for healing all parts of us: body, soul, and spirit. So let me share just a few of the verses that are really the basis for the shift in my practice.
First, let’s look at 1 Thessalonians 5:23:
“Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely, and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ” (my emphasis).
Scripture is clear that we are more than just a body–we have a spirit and a soul. They all function differently, but they overlap and their effects spill into every area. When we’re addressing the physical body, we’re only addressing ⅓ of us. Why would we ever only mow ⅓ of our grass? That would be so silly! We must address the entirety of our being.
Next, let’s look at 3 John verse 2:
“Beloved, I pray that in all respects you may prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers” (my emphasis).
This verse makes it abundantly clear: our physical health will not prosper unless our soul prospers. They are intrinsically connected.
Another verse that has really impacted my view of the body is 1 Timothy 4:8.
“For bodily discipline is only of little profit, but godliness is profitable for all things, since it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come” (my emphasis).
Bodily discipline (exercise, supplements, diet restrictions) has little profit, BUT godly discipline is profitable for ALL things including this life and the one to come. We get so focused on the physical that we lose sight of the spiritual. There are no promises that come with physical discipline, but there are promises that come with spiritual discipline--for our current life and our afterlife.
There are numerous other scriptures that show the spirit and the soul directly impact the health of our physical bodies. Here's just a handful for you to look into: Proverbs 4:22-23, Proverbs 17:22, Proverbs 14:30, Proverbs 3:5-8, Psalm 32:3, Romans 8:6, Romans 8:11, James 5:14-16, Exodus 23:35, Philippians 4:6-7.
A few other points I want to make before I close out. The Gospel of Luke was written by Luke, a physician. I love his attention to detail. If you study the book of Luke, you will notice that he is careful to point out which ailments are purely physical and which ones are spiritual. If you pay close attention, you will notice that the majority of them are spiritual.
But here's the point I want to make. Every ailment, illness, and infirmity in the Bible--regardless of whether it was spiritual or physical--were ALL healed spiritually.
I've seen the benefits of supplements, I've witnessed the firsthand transformation that has happened with proper physical supports, but I have also witnessed the limitations of addressing things physically. If you read the Bible close enough, you will see that there are no spiritual limitations, only physical ones.
These are the primary reasons for the shift in my practice. I am so excited to offer these sessions publicly.

FAQ:
Question: What methodology do you use?
Answer: Prayer, the Holy Spirit, and the Word.
I can’t share a specific methodology with you because it’s all things that He has taught me through prayer, intercession, time in the Word, experience with my clients and ministry sessions. This space is rife with new age techniques, counterfeit healing, and practices that open doors to the enemy. Everything that I do is backed by the Word and prayer. There’s no special technique. There’s no special modality. It’s not MBSR. It’s not Emotion Code. It’s not DNRS. It’s not anything but Jesus and healing with Him. Because that’s the only true healing there is.
Question: What will sessions look like?
Answer: Each session will vary and look different per person. Sessions will focus primarily on your soul and spirit. While we will spend some time focusing on your body, especially if you choose to incorporate health testing and supplements, the majority of the time will be spent on healing the soul and ministering to the spirit. This may include addressing emotional roots of rejection, breaking generational cycles of anger, uprooting unbiblical belief systems, etc.
